Dazbog Coffee Return Policy
Usually, it takes about 5 to 7 days after your order is placed at our website for your products to arrive at your door. We process orders as soon as they are received and they are shipped by the 2nd business day.
Returns are accepted within ten business days of the initial product reciept by the customer. Product must be returned at the customer’s expense, in resellable condition, and packaging must be intact. Partial, opened packages are not returnable. Orders are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from original order date.
Because coffee is a food product & perishable, we cannot accept any coffee returns.
Refused or undelivered orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways. UPS undeliverable includes COD payment not available for three delivery attempts or business closed for three delivery attempts.
Dazbog Coffee Company is not responsible for UPS shipping problems. UPS takes responsibility of the product once they pick it up. Regular UPS ground shipments can take up to 8 days. We will do everything we can to assist you in resolving lost or damaged shipments; however, freight costs for expedited replacement packages are the responsibility of the customer.
