Our History
The DAZBOG story is a story of opportunity—the opportunity to take a love of coffee to new heights. DAZBOG was founded by brothers Tony and Leo Yuffa nearly 30 years ago. Two immigrants, the Yuffas were eager to turn their vast knowledge of coffee roasting techniques into an award-winning coffee company that honors the present and the past equally. Over the decades, the DAZBOG family has become an in-demand gourmet coffee company that Colorado residents enjoy by the thousands.
Our Mission
In opposition to trends that try to restrict the beautiful variety of coffee into a narrow range of flavors, we seek to honor the coffees we roast by emphasizing and heightening the innate characteristics and sweetness contained within. We’re known for uniquely bold coffee that stands on its own; you may have had coffee before, but DAZBOG coffee is a whole new experience. Our coffee is strong because it’s meant to be enjoyed in strong moments: moments of good cheer with your family, moments where you need motivation to make it through the workday, and moments where you want to slow down and savor life. Our Process
DAZBOG slow-roasts our coffee daily in small, customized batches so each coffee can receive the care and attention it deserves. When you order from our website, we roast to order and package to maximize freshness. We ship the next day to make sure your order gets from our gourmet coffee company in Colorado to your doorstep as soon as possible. Air is the enemy of fresh coffee, so our bags are designed specifically to keep air off of the beans until they reach their destination. Once your order arrives, it’s time to enjoy your DAZBOG moment. Relax, be present, and sip slowly. This coffee is meant to be enjoyed fully, not rushed through.
